OUR TEAM
Asiff Dhanani
Founder/GM
Asiff has been in the powertrain industry for over 30 years. Whatever your parts needs are, he can make it happen. Asiff is the former owner/GM of Yamato Engines, the GM of LKQ Engines reman facility in Bellingham, WA, and also helped build Jasper Engines NW into a remanufacturing and sales juggernaut in the Pacific Northwest. Whatever your needs are, Asiff can help provide a solution.
Kyle Dhanani, BBA
Operations Manager
Kyle was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers and spent several years playing professional baseball in the minor leagues. Kyle earned a business degree at Thompson Rivers University and joined AEP January 2019. Kyle brings organizational skills, product knowledge and a great customer service attitude to his role at AEP.
Khalil Dhanani, AAS
Product Development
Khalil is the newest member of AEP. He graduated from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology with an AAS in Automotive and Transportation in 2015. For the past 5 years, Khalil has been a Master Technician at Bellevue Audi and prior to that worked at Yamato Engines for 10 years in a variety of roles, learning the engine remanufacturing process from the bottom up. Khalil brings a wealth of automotive knowledge and hands-on experience that will help AEP grow and further assist our customers with their needs!
Kim Lillejord
Bookkeeping
Kim started her career at the Bellingham National Bank in Blaine before she founded Blaine Bouquets and successfully ran the company for 20 years!! She brings a positive spirit to the office and helps the company with accounting, filing and more!
Mick Jordan
Director of Sales
AEP announces the hiring of industry veteran Mick Jordan as Director of Sales. Mick will advise and assist AEP’s sales and marketing department. Mick brings almost four decades of experience in the aftermarket automotive sector.
Nik Dhanani
Warehouse Manager
A jack-of-all-trades in the engine reman sector, Nik brings a wealth of knowledge to AEP! Starting in 2022, he has enabled the company to be more efficient and prepared for the day to day grind.
Sherry Brown - Purchasing Manager
Sherry has spent the last 42 years in the automotive industry. Starting from the ground up in all facets from small repair shops to retail and wholesale and finally the last 20 years purchasing for and moving product through the factory floor.
The industry challenges have changed over the years, but not the customer expectations or the value of a perfect high quality product delivered at the right time for a great price.
It is with great pleasure that Sherry joins the AEP family to help them realize that mission in the purchasing department. With over 25 years of working with and for the Dhanani family in procurement and management, it is an honor to work with such a driven team that truly lives out their mission statement day in and day out.
We do whatever it takes to get the right product to the customer at the right price in a timely fashion!
